Avicii hires A-List singers for new album!

Avicii is known for being an amazing DJ with equally as amazing singers on every song…

…and his next studio album will be no different!

Avicii is planning on giving us an incredible list of collaborators to listen to while we do our cardio in the gym including Jon Bon Jovi, Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong, and Coldplay’s Chris Martin!

I’m really impressed with those collaborations & I can’t wait to hear the finished product 🙂

Other expected collaborators are:

System Of A Down’s Serj Tankian, Wyclef Jean, and Matisyahu!

I love all these collaborators so much and some of them are surprisingly on the list! However, they all sound so interesting and I would love to hear any one of these singers blend their voices with some sweet beats 🙂

Avicii made a remix of the Coldplay song “Sky Full Of Stars”! Listen here:

I guess that’s why Chris Martin is willing to lay down his vocals for the new album! 😉

In an interview with Rolling Stone about his high-anticipated upcoming album, Avicii said: “It’s going to be a lot more song-oriented. ‘True’ was an attempt at that, getting electronic music in a song format.”

I really enjoyed Avicii’s last album “True” because of the song format that he introduced to EDM (Electronic Dance Music).

Everyone’s favorite standout song from “True” was “Wake Me Up” featuring Aloe Blacc:

Avicii has about 70 songs to sort through for his next album and therefore we know it’s a work in progress 😀 He has no title or release date for it, but I’m already excited as if I just heard “Levels” for the first time!

Keep the collaborations coming Avicii and we’ll keep on dancing!
